Users must be 18 years or older, provide accurate account information, and comply with our posting rules and prohibited items policy.
GGIS Marketplace acts solely as a platform connecting buyers and sellers and is not a party to any transaction between users, except where GGIS Delivery escrow is explicitly used.
We reserve the right to remove any listing or suspend any account that violates these terms or Nigerian law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
